Julie Fargnoli

Julie Fargnoli, MBA, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in market access and patient support within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Market Access for Dermatology at Incyte since January 2023, Julie oversees strategic initiatives related to payer coverage, pricing, and patient solutions. Prior to this role, Julie held the position of Vice President of Value and Access at LEO Pharma US, where comprehensive market access strategies were developed and executed. Notably, Julie spent over two decades at Eli Lilly and Company in various leadership positions, including Associate Vice President for Immunology Value and Access, where responsibilities included the successful launch of Mirikizumab and go-to-market strategies for anti-COVID therapies.
