Lakshmi Balasubramaniam is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity and risk management with extensive experience across multiple prominent organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director of Cyber Risk at Incyte, Lakshmi has previously held significant roles such as Vice President of Customer Success at SEQURETEK, and Security Operations Executive at IBM Consulting. Lakshmi's expertise encompasses leadership positions within IBM’s Chief Information Security Office, including Cybersecurity Risk Lead and IT Security Policy Governance Manager, as well as experience as a Senior Security Consultant at Accenture. Lakshmi holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and has educational credentials from PSG College of Technology.
