Michelle Kinder

Michelle Kinder is an experienced leader in translational sciences with a strong focus on immuno-oncology and precision medicine. At Incyte, from June 2020 to February 2024, Michelle served as Senior Director, leading biomarker and diagnostic strategies for first-in-human clinical studies. Prior roles included Director of Translational Sciences, where contributions to therapeutic strategy and biomarker development were made as part of cross-functional teams, and Scientific Director in US Medical Affairs, overseeing strategy for key immuno-oncology projects. Previously, at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, Michelle held positions ranging from Principal Scientist to Senior Scientist, focusing on translational research and biomarker development in oncology. Michelle earned a PhD in Immunology from the University of Pennsylvania between January 2004 and January 2010.
