Rich Preuss

Rich Preuss is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in market access and managed care within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Head of the US Market Access Payer Account Team at Incyte since April 2021, Rich Preuss is responsible for leading efforts to enhance patient access and eliminate barriers to access, ultimately contributing to revenue and profitability for the company's Oncology and Dermatology portfolios. Prior experience includes the role of Director of US Payer Markets at Eisai US, where Rich Preuss led teams to maximize market access and profitability across various therapeutic areas. Additional roles at Roche/Genentech and Santarus further solidified Rich Preuss's expertise in managing complex accounts and negotiating contracts with major healthcare organizations. Rich Preuss's career also includes service as a Captain in the US Army, where achievements were recognized with multiple medals. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Lafayette College and a Master of Business Administration in Leadership Studies from Baker College.
