Sean Bowen

Sean Bowen is currently working as a Senior Principal Investigator I at Incyte from October 2020 to present, where Sean has expanded the NMR group to support studies of interactions between small-molecules and antibodies with proteins. Prior to this, Sean held positions at Merck as a Senior Scientist and at the Technical University of Denmark as a Research Scientist. Sean's strong leadership skills and expertise in nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) have allowed him to excel in characterizing small molecule interactions with proteins and leading efforts to procure new instrumentation for NMR and MS. Sean holds a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Purdue University.
