Spilios Asimakopoulos

Spilios Asimakopoulos, currently serving as Head of US Product Strategy and Marketing-Dermatology at Incyte since August 2023, has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in dermatology and immunology. Prior to joining Incyte, Spilios was with The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson for over two decades, where roles included Senior Director of Patient Experience Marketing for Immunology, Director of Marketing for the psoriasis portfolio, and Therapeutic Area Lead for Immunology among various other leadership positions. Academic credentials include an MBA in Marketing/Finance from Schulich School of Business at York University, an MSc in Biology, and a BSc in Biology from the University of Toronto.
