Roger Espindola

Roger Espindola is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales management and commercial strategy. Currently serving as Gerente Nacional de Vendas at Ind. & Com. Plásticos Cajovil Ltda since December 2024, Roger oversees various teams, including sales representatives, regional sales managers, and e-commerce. Prior to this role, Roger worked at Grupo Kyly from August 2006 to December 2024, where responsibilities included leading national sales operations and managing diverse sales teams across multiple regions in Brazil. Roger has a solid educational background with a Master's degree in Intelligence and Retail Management from ESPM and an MBA in Executive Management Commercial and Sales from INPG Business School, among other qualifications in Human Resource Management and Marketing.
