Elle Lance

Elle Lance has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. They currently work as a Travel Operations Assistant at Indagare since October 2022. Prior to this, Elle worked at Guild Education, where they held multiple positions. From January 2021 to August 2022, Elle was a Student Operations Specialist. They also served as a Senior Education Coach from November 2020 to January 2021 and as an Education Coach from June 2019 to November 2020. Before joining Guild Education, Elle worked as an ESL Teacher at Cleverlearn English Language Institute, Inc. (CELI) from August 2018 to July 2019. In addition, they have experience as a Retail Sales Associate at Leeli + Lou from April 2014 to July 2018. Elle further expanded their skill set through internships and research positions. They interned as a Human Resources Intern - OSUPhysicians, Inc. at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center from May 2017 to August 2017. Elle also worked as a Research Assistant at The Ohio State University Department of Psychology from August 2016 to April 2017, where they focused on studying the role of cognition in abnormal emotional states, specifically depression. They also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at Children's National Health System from June 2016 to August 2016.

Elle Lance obtained a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership with a focus on Social Enterprise, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Denver in the years 2020-2021. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Human Resources Management at The Ohio State University from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, Elle Lance acquired a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification in June 2018 from Fullcircle Innovations.
