Madeline Bieda has accumulated extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 2015, Madeline worked as an Auxiliary Administrator at the Early Learning Coalition of Alachua County Inc. In this role, they provided administrative support.

In 2014, Madeline had multiple roles at Children Beyond Our Borders, including Team Lead, Social Media Marketing Intern, and Creative Intern. Madeline supervised the organization's day-to-day operations, assisted in website maintenance and managed social media platforms. Madeline also created digital and print assets for fundraising events and led a social campaign to increase awareness.

Madeline then worked as an English Language Assistant at the CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange from October 2017 to May 2019.

In 2019, Madeline became an English Teacher at La Casita de Inglés. Madeline taught small-group, play-based English language classes, managed the classroom, and oversaw the preparation for multiple teachers and students.

From 2017 to 2020, Madeline served as a Research Assistant at USF St. Petersburg. Their responsibilities included editing research texts, performing survey distribution, and data entry.

Madeline took on the role of Mobile Publisher Manager at Adkomo from July to December 2020. Madeline managed publisher accounts and allocated payouts, while analyzing KPIs and assessing fraud risk.

In 2021, Madeline worked as a Production Project Manager at TSOLife. Madeline oversaw data and content processing, managed the production team, and ensured project milestones were met.

From February to April 2022, Madeline worked as a Customer Experience Consultant at The4Blocks. In this temporary role, they developed user personas, created designs and web copy, and produced infographics.

Beginning in March 2022, Madeline joined the University of South Florida as a Research Project Coordinator. Madeline played a key role in overseeing a study on the relationship between family stress and work performance. This included proposal writing, participant recruitment, data collection, and synthesis.

Most recently, Madeline became a Travel Operations Assistant at Indagare in October 2022.

Madeline Bieda obtained a Master's degree in Design Thinking & Customer Experience from EAE Business School, which they pursued from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended the University of Florida from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology.
