Ghita Pinca

Ghita Pinca is a seasoned professional in the agribusiness and sales sectors, currently serving as the Business Development Manager for INDAGRO SA since May 2024, focusing on chemical fertilizers trading in Romania, the Republic of Moldova, and Ukraine. Prior to this role, Ghita held various key positions at AGRICOVER, including Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager, where initiatives for re-designing business models and reorganizing division structures were implemented to drive growth. Experience also includes leadership roles at Coca Cola Hellenic, where Ghita managed significant sales volume in modern trade, as well as tenures at Vincon Vrancea, contributing to substantial revenue growth through strategic marketing and sales initiatives. Ghita holds an Engineer's degree in Agricultural Machinery from Timisoara Technical University.
