Balasaheb Jadhav is a seasoned aviation professional with over 36 years of diverse experience in aircraft maintenance, safety management, and customer relations. Currently serving as Manager of Safety & Customer Relations at Indamer Aviation Pvt. Ltd. since December 2016, Balasaheb has also held significant roles such as Safety Management System Manager and Aircraft Structural Engineer, overseeing structural repairs on corporate jets and helicopters. Previous positions include Assistant Director of Airworthiness at the Civil Aviation Department (DGCA), Instructor at Alsalam Aircraft Company, and Chief Instructor at Academy of Carver Aviation Pvt. Ltd.
