Anastasios - Tom Kalantzis has a long history of working in technical support and IT roles. Anastasios - Tom began their career in 2014 working as a Tech Support 24/7 for UnitPark. In 2016, they moved to Geek Squad as a Counter Intelligence Agent, where they consulted with customers on malfunctioning units and troubleshot and resolved technical issues. In 2017, they became a Genius Mac Technician at Apple, where they provided tech support, diagnosed product issues, and achieved a reduction of complaints and technical issues by 35%. In 2018, they worked as an IT Analyst (Ryerson Capstone Project) at Tag Kitchens Inc., where they researched and sourced 3 vendors for an RFP and wrote and presented a proposal to strengthen online presence and upgrade IT infrastructure. Currently, they work as a Technical Support Engineer and Configuration Analyst at Indeavor, where they maintain Cyber Security best practices and SOC2 Compliance in AWS Cloud Infrastructure, monitors and resolves Cloud Infrastructure, and manages incidents.

Anastasios - Tom Kalantzis has a diverse educational background. From 2014 to 2019, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom from Ryerson University in Business Information Technology Management, with a Minor in Marketing. In 2020 and 2021, they earned a Certificate in Data Analysis, Big Data, and Predictive Analysis from Ryerson University. Anastasios - Tom is currently enrolled in a DevOps Engineer program at Level Up In Tech, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Anastasios - Tom also has several certifications, including LPI Linux Essentials from the Linux Professional Institute (LPI) obtained in November 2022, Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) from Apple obtained in May 2018, AWS Certified Developer – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in February 2022, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in October 2021, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in December 2021.
