Tara Hunt

Tara Hunt has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to 2015. Tara began their career at Montecito Real Estate Investments in 2003 as the Director of Business Services, where they were responsible for all daily operations, including IT, and communicating financial information among Montecito's internal investors. Tara then moved to Pfizer in 2008 as a Project Manager, where they developed business, process and system work flows, managed project resources and deployment tasks, and wrote and compiled ELC (Enterprise Life Cycle) documentation. In 2011, they joined Isthmus Consulting, Inc. as the Managing Partner and also worked as a Project Manager at BI-LO, where they were accountable for onboarding 10K associates during 2 acquisitions, and managed the integration of another banner with 20K employees into the PeopleSoft HCM system. In 2015, Tara joined Southeastern Grocers as a Peoplesoft Project Manager and also began working at Indeavor as the Vice President of Customer Care and Operations and the Director of Onboarding.

Tara Hunt received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix in 2008.
