Bhakti B began their work experience in 2015 at Firstly Recruitment, where they held the role of Talent Acquisition Consultant until October 2021. In November 2021, they joined InDebted as a Recruiter and continues to hold this position.

From 2009 to 2012, Bhakti B pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Vatel Singapore.
