Erin Delattre's work experience began in 2006 at JPMorgan Chase, where they worked in relationship management until 2011. Erin then joined the Peace Corps as an Economic Development Volunteer, serving as a Program Manager for a community-based organization focused on agribusiness and clean water projects. During their time with the Peace Corps, Erin also facilitated youth empowerment and skill-building seminars. In 2013, Erin transitioned to UCB, where they held the role of Director of Client Relations until February 2022. Erin is currently working as a Strategic Client Success Manager at InDebted, beginning in March 2022.

Erin Delattre attended the College of Charleston from 2000 to 2004, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communication.
