Nicholas Krauspe

Nicholas Krauspe has extensive experience in the financial industry, particularly in debt recovery and collections. Nicholas is currently serving as the Director of Compliance and Operations UK at InDebted since May 2021. Previously, they worked at Judge & Priestley from January 2018 to May 2021 as the Debt Recovery Performance Manager. In this role, they managed the performance of both pre and post litigation collections functions, developed strategies to enhance clients' returns on bad debts, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to that, Nicholas held the position of Head of Operations at Evergreen Finance London Ltd from February 2015 to January 2018. Nicholas also worked at Dollar Financial Group as the Senior Financial Difficulties and Recoveries Manager from December 2011 to March 2015. Furthermore, they served as a Collections Manager at Roxburghe (UK) Limited from 2009 to 2011 and at HFO Services Ltd from 2006 to 2009.

Nicholas Krauspe attended Westville Boys' High School from 1996 to 2001, where they completed their matriculation. Later, from 2002 to 2005, they pursued higher education at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Nicholas earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology during this time.
