Claudia Luyo Rodriguez is an experienced professional in competition law and regulation, currently serving as a Case Handler at Indecopi Oficial since October 2021. Prior experience includes a role as an Adviser on mergers at the Competition and Markets Authority from January 2017 to October 2021, and a position as an Ejecutiva at Indecopi Oficial from June 2012 to June 2015, focused on enforcement and merger review. Claudia's background also includes work as a Legal Analyst at OSIPTEL, the telecommunications regulatory agency in Peru, from March 2011 to June 2012. Claudia holds a Master's degree in Regulation and Antitrust from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Diploma in Financial Law from Universidad del Pacífico, and a Bachelor of Laws from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
