Fernando Cardenas

Fernando Cardenas is an experienced legal professional specializing in intellectual property, competition law, and consumer protection. Currently serving in the Operation Department at the European Union Intellectual Property Office since March 2022, Cardenas also holds a position as Especialista I in the Sala Especializada en Propiedad Intelectual at Indecopi Oficial since September 2017. Previous roles include teaching at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and working as an attorney at Allende & Garcia Abogados, as well as at Clarke, Modet & Co. Cardenas holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and a law degree from Universidad de San Martín de Porres.
