Caio Nascimento

Caio Nascimento serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at IndeCX since October 2018 and has been a Project Manager at Quest Inteligência since March 2014, where responsibilities include managing operations across various segments with a focus on customer experience, creating managerial reports, executive presentations, and optimizing processes for productivity gains. Prior experience includes a Senior Project Analyst role at Algar Tech from January 2010 to March 2014, where key tasks involved monitoring call center indicators, developing reports and automation systems, handling large data volumes, and formulating dialing strategies. Caio Nascimento holds a degree in Project Management from ESAMC and is currently pursuing further education at Anhanguera Educacional.
