Maria Lopes

Maria Lopes has extensive experience in corporate management, currently serving as Gerente de Gestão Corporativa at INDECX since February 2016, overseeing human resources, finance, procurement, facilities, and quality management systems. Previously, Maria held the role of Customer Success Manager, focusing on B2B client interactions and satisfaction research, as well as implementation of research projects. Prior experience includes managing operations in a contact center for satisfaction surveys and leading project coordination at MSX International Brasil. Maria holds a Postgraduate degree in People Management with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership from PUC Minas, completed in 2019.
