Main Purpose

Working within the Flexer Expansion team as part of our Recruitment section of the business. This team is responsible for interviewing, qualifying and activation on the platform of the new job seekers who are joining the Flex community. 

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Recruiter to be part of our team for our peak season. This is a key role in our Flexer Expansion team and would give the successful candidate the opportunity to join a fast-moving, growing business with massive opportunities. 

This will be a 3 month Fixed Term Contract and is office based, Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Primary role would involve interviewing and assisting candidates with verification on our systems and ultimately helping them to find a job.
• Supporting the candidates to book and work their first shifts, as well as gain a detailed understanding of the app, the process of working for Indeed Flex and the benefits we offer
• Build and maintain an expert knowledge of the UK Right to Work and Compliance process.
• Tracking, analysing, and reporting the success of applications.
• Take ownership and responsibility for each candidate's data and ensure its secure storage.
• Work cross-functionally with many internal departments.
• Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Indeed Flex platform and the benefits it offers to workers.
• Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the systems we use (SalesForce, G-Suite, Tableau, Zoom, Slack, Flow, Ally, Fountain, BambooHR, etc). Adapting quickly and helping to implement changes in recruitment process design and delivery.
• Assisting with ad hoc admin tasks within the Flexer Expansion team.
• Deliver on company OKRs and targets. These may include but are not limited to worker experience, worker quality, compliance, industry/location-specific requirements, fulfilment rate, etc.
  

Requirements

• Experience working in administration and/or detail-based roles.
• Preferred experience in a volume hiring role.
• Knowledge of UK Compliance policies is advantageous.
• Strong technology skills including Zoom, Google Suite incl. Google Sheets & Slides. Must be capable of learning new roles and systems quickly.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to succeed and hit targets.
• Have a natural ability to motivate yourself and others by being a team player.
• Be a self-starter. Strong organisational skills, prioritisation, attention to detail, and time management. 
• Able to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
• Ability to be adaptable and open to change, fast learner.
