Erin Schroeder

Erin Schroeder has over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Erin currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Staffmark Group, where they align people and companies to create opportunities. Prior to this role, they held positions such as the Human Resources Director at Indeed Flex and Senior Manager of Human Resources at Advantage Resourcing Group. Erin has also worked in various HR roles at Advantage xPO and Advantage Staffing. In addition to their HR experience, Erin has also worked as a Contributor for Blush Magazine and as a Practice Manager at The Householder Group. Erin started their career as an Administrative Assistant at The Trillium Group, LTD. Erin has a proven track record of successfully aligning talent with appropriate positions and building strong partnerships with clients.

Erin Schroeder, PHR, CIR, CSP, TSC, obtained an ABJ degree in Journalism and a BA degree in Comparative Literature from The University of Georgia, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. Prior to their university education, they attended Brookwood High School from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their academic background, Erin has acquired several professional certifications including Culture-Driven Team Building from the University of Pennsylvania, Certified Staffing Professional and Technical Services Certified from the American Staffing Association, Certified Internet Recruiter from AIRS, and Professional of Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
