Thomas West

Thomas West is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and strategic client relations within the staffing and recruiting industry. Currently serving as an Account Director at Indeed Flex since June 2022, Thomas previously held the same title at Aerotek from November 2019 to May 2022, where responsibility included leading EMEA-wide client strategy for Allegis Group's Life Sciences division. Prior to Aerotek, Thomas worked as a Senior Account Manager and Lead Consultant at Aston Carter, progressing from an entry-level position to managing the Contract Finance team while focusing on financial services. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Economics from Coventry University.
