Zanita Reubens

Zanita Reubens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as the Worker Experience Manager at Indeed Flex since September 2017. Previously, Zanita has held progressive roles, including Compliance Operations Manager, where responsibilities included establishing the Compliance Operations Team and streamlining processes across departments. As Operations Team Leader, focus was on supervising the London operations team, enhancing efficiencies, and managing client relations. Prior experience at BT as a Consumer Sales Advisor involved inbound and outbound sales, customer service, and addressing customer needs.
