Monica Cariati

Monica Cariati has over 20 years of work experience in sales and product management. Monica began their career in 1976 with Katz Group Canada as a Category Management and Retail Store Manager. In 2007, they joined Rexall Pharma Plus as Director of Imports, where they were responsible for product development, packaging, planning, negotiating, forecasting and expediting activities. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. as a Product Development Manager for cosmetics, HBA, GM, and the sourcing of Exclusive Brands. During this time, they also held the role of Senior Product Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaw Ltd. for JOE FRESH Beauty, QUO Accessories and Bath Retreat. In 2018, they joined Upper Canada Soap as Director of Sales & Business Development, providing customers with a wide range of products from House Brands, Exclusive Brands to Private Label. Most recently, in 2021, they took on the role of Sales Marketing Coordinator at Indeed Laboratories.

Monica Cariati attended Humber College from 1977 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration and Management, General.
