Eric Ritchey

Eric Ritchey is an experienced engineering manager and developer with a diverse background in design systems and user experience. Currently serving as Engineering Manager for Design Systems at Indeed.com since August 2022, Eric previously held significant roles at Tesla, where notable contributions included creating the Tesla Design System from inception, impacting over 100 applications and 500 users. Eric's career spans various positions, including Principal UX Engineer at CliQr Technologies and Senior User Experience Developer at Move, Inc., showcasing expertise in web design, front-end development, and creating intuitive user interfaces. Eric co-founded E&J Design, providing a wide range of design services from a home office in Campbell, CA, and possesses a B.S. in Computer Science from The Master's University.
