Jessica Hardeman

Jessica Hardeman serves as the Global Head of Attraction, Engagement, & Culture at Indeed since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading global strategy for talent attraction, employee engagement, and culture while aligning people-centered initiatives with business objectives. Prior to Indeed, Jessica held various roles at KPMG US from August 2006 to July 2021, including Chief of Staff for Inclusion & Diversity and National Operations Associate Director in both Risk Advisory and Strategy & Consulting Practices. Jessica began the professional journey as an Auditor, with earlier experience as an Internal Auditor at Unisource Worldwide, Inc. Jessica holds a B.S. in Accounting from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Master's of Accountancy from Saint Louis University.
