Justin Pabon is an experienced sales and operations leader with a strong background in account management and service delivery. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for National Accounts at Indeed.com since October 2018, Justin has previously held various leadership positions at Adecco from June 2005 to October 2018, including Director of Operations for the Atlantic Division, where responsibilities encompassed managing $175M in annual sales across 40+ locations. Justin also implemented strategic account initiatives as a Regional Operations Manager in a $65M region and served as the primary contact for strategic clients in the Northeast Ohio market as a Client Program Manager.
