Kate Burgess

Kate Burgess is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and business management across diverse sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager for Global Marketing at Indeed since March 2022, Kate supports a large, internationally distributed marketing team and facilitates collaboration with various functional departments. Previously, Kate held key operations roles at TULA Life Balanced and Band of Mothers Media, where responsibilities included leading teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing production operations. Kate also has an extensive academic background, having taught business writing and communication at the University of Colorado Denver for nearly two decades, and possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Communication from Ohio University and a Master's degree in English Literature from the University of Colorado Denver.
