Meghan Therrien

Meghan Therrien is the Senior Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance at Indeed, where they lead over 60 professionals and oversee Incident and Crisis Management programs. Previously, Meghan served as the Chief of Staff for Security at Indeed and directed the Data Governance team, expanding it significantly. They also worked at The Advisory Board Company, where they developed policies for data governance in healthcare technology services. Meghan began their career as a Clinical Informatics Specialist at Ellenville Regional Hospital, managing the implementation of the hospital’s first Electronic Medical Record. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Boston College.
