Alisa Lewis

Alisa Lewis, MPA, CHC, CRISC has a diverse work experience ranging from roles in governance, risk, and compliance to information security and regulatory compliance. Alisa (pronounced uh-lee-suh) is currently the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Director at CareQuest Institute for Oral Health since February 2023. Previously, they served as the Director of Privacy and Compliance at Diameter Health from June 2021 to February 2023. Prior to that, Alisa held various positions at Paradigm and its subsidiary, ForeSight Medical, from 2014 to 2021, including Director of Information Security, Senior Director of Compliance, Director of Regulatory Compliance, and Manager of Regulatory Compliance. Alisa (pronounced uh-lee-suh) also worked as a Care Manager at TechHealth from May 2012 to March 2014 and as a Police Officer for the City of St Petersburg from February 2001 to May 2012. Alisa's experience demonstrates their expertise in compliance, security, and risk management.

Alisa Lewis obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration from Troy University between 2003 and 2008. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Criminology from the University of South Florida in 1999-2000. Alisa also completed courses in Management, Project Management, and General studies at Pryor Learning Solutions. In terms of certifications, they obtained the ISO 27001 Lead Implementer - Information Security Certification from PECB in December 2019 and the Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control™ (CRISC) certification from ISACA in December 2018. Alisa is also a Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) by the Compliance Certification Board (CCB).
