Mica Arps is currently the Director of Sales - Enterprise at Indeed, where they lead top-performing sales teams and focus on mentoring, operational efficiencies, and fostering a positive work environment. Previously, Mica held various roles at Indeed, including Senior Account Executive and Account Executive, where they contributed to significant revenue growth. Mica also has experience as the Director of Music Series and Major Events at the University of Redlands, and worked as a Contracted Commercial Fisherman for Icicle Seafoods, Inc. Mica received a Bachelor’s Degree in Managerial Business Development from the University of Redlands, nurturing a passion for team success and personal growth.
