Rouzhna Nayeri

Rouzhna Nayeri is a Senior Corporate Counsel, M&A at Indeed. Rouzhna was previously with Jones Day as a Summer Associate in July 2013 and with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates as an Associate from September 2014 to September 2019. Rouzhna Nayeri has also interned with The Honorable Judge Jane Boyle at the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas and with Haynes and Boone, LLP. Rouzhna has a finance degree from the University of Texas at Austin and has worked as a Research Assistant for Dr. Alejandro Drexler. Rouzhna Nayeri has also been a Part-Time Assistant at the Travis County Attorney's Office and an Intern at The Desai Law Firm, PLLC.

Rouzhna Nayeri has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin - The Red McCombs School of Business. Rouzhna also has a Bachelor of Business Administration from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
