Tim Gates

Tim Gates is an experienced sales leader in the recruitment and staffing industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales for Enterprise Accounts at Indeed, where responsibilities include leading teams devoted to RPO and BPO clients. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Volt Workforce Solutions, overseeing initiatives across 55 branches while reporting directly to the CEO. Tim's extensive background at Adecco Staffing includes roles as Senior Regional Vice President and Regional Vice President, focusing on branch management, client growth, and generating significant annual revenue. Earlier career experiences include managing multiple Adecco offices as a Branch Manager and serving as a Recruiter, as well as beginning the professional journey as an Admissions Counselor at Westminster College. Tim holds a BA in History from Westminster College and completed an Executive MBA Program in Finance at INSEAD.
