Zac Davies

Zac Davies is an experienced product commercialization strategist currently leading CS Readiness at Indeed. Previously, Zac held several roles in customer success and community management, including positions at Mentorloop and Pin Payments, where they significantly improved user engagement and satisfaction. Their early career included community management for MacTalk and LIFX, where they contributed to innovative projects in the technology space. Zac has a background in communication design from Billy Blue College of Design and further enhanced their skills with a course in product management from General Assembly.
