Michaël Faes

Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and blockchain technology. As the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha supports innovation projects through training and mentorship. Micha has been the owner and founder of managination since 2005, focusing on enhancing the software development landscape. Prior roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where efforts were directed towards decentralized solutions and the energy sector. Micha also served on various boards and advisory roles, including Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, and has significant academic credentials, including a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and specialized training in Fintech from MIT.
