Victor le Marois

Victor Le Marois is an Engagement Manager and Senior Strategy and Sustainability Consultant at INDEFI since September 2021, following experience as a Senior Management Consultant and Management Consultant at Talan Consulting from January 2018 to September 2021. Prior to this, Victor was a Production Engineering Intern at Thales, contributing to the optimization of industrial lines through Lean management methodologies during the establishment of a factory in Bordeaux in 2017. In early 2016, Victor undertook a one-month internship as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer Intern at BENETEAU, focusing on operational tasks and process improvements. Victor holds an Engineering degree from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers (2015-2018) and completed preparatory classes for engineering schools, as well as obtaining a High School Diploma from Ontario High School in 2013.
