Dileep HV's work experience begins with a role at Cenaero as an intern, where they worked on the COSMOS plus project, contributing to the coupling of multiple software to better understand multiphysics phenomena. Dileep then moved on to Genser Aerospace & IT Pvt Ltd, where they explored the market potential of intelligent multi-role multi-rotors and started a venture called Atom Aerospace. Despite developing two prototypes, the venture did not progress due to lack of funds.

Dileep then joined EMPOWER WEB SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED as a director, where they performed insurance inspections and managed the development of a B2C portal for insurance broking, similar to Policy Bazaar.

Dileep later joined Sula Vineyards as part of a field immersion program during their time at the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur. During this program, they provided suggestions for improving assembly-line efficiency and overcoming labeling quality problems in the bottling section.

After completing their studies, Dileep joined Century Real Estate Holdings Pvt Ltd as a management intern, followed by a role at the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur as an executive member of the E-Cell.

Dileep then joined Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms, first as an assistant manager in the business analytics department, and later as an assistant manager in the e-commerce practice and solutions division.

Dileep's most recent role was as a pre-sales consultant at cognext.ai, before joining their current position as a pre-sales and solutioning lead at Indegene in the enterprise commercial solutions division.

Dileep HV completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from PES University from the academic years 2008 to 2012. Dileep then pursued a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Later, Dileep HV attended the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing & Analytics.
