Dr. Vishal Shah

Dr. Vishal Shah has extensive work experience in leadership and organizational development. Dr. Vishal currently holds the position of Vice President of Leadership & Organisation Development at Indegene. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Talent & Organization Development at Paytm from 2020 to 2021.

From 2018 to 2020, Dr. Shah worked at Wipro Limited, where they held the roles of Vice President of Leadership & Sales Leadership Development and Vice President of Leadership Development.
