Greeshma Graceson

Greeshma Graceson has extensive experience in talent management, currently serving as a Senior Executive at Indegene since November 2018, after progressing through roles as Executive and Junior Executive in the same department. Prior to this, Greeshma contributed to project development at NiYO for a brief period in early 2018 and completed an internship focused on HR recruitment and Learning & Development at Arvind Limited in mid-2017. An organizational study was conducted at Mindscape Exhibitions Ltd in late 2016. Greeshma holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from ISBR Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Maths from Jesus and Mary College, complemented by early education at Holy Child School in Ghaziabad.
