Noura Smiley is currently serving as a Pharmaceutical Marketing Coordinator at Indegene, working on quality assurance for biopharma operations with Pfizer since July 2022. Formerly, Noura held the position of Copyeditor at Editorial Solutions for Amgen and worked as a Quality Control Associate in Creative Services for Novartis at Tag. Additional experience includes proofreading at Litigation Management, Inc., and fulfilling roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Writing Tutor at The University of Toledo. Noura's early career included translating proficiency tests for Toledo Public Schools to support Syrian refugee students, as well as serving as a Youth Diplomat for Toledo Sister Cities International. Noura holds a Master of Arts in Rhetoric and Composition/Writing Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature with a minor in Arabic from The University of Toledo.
