Pavan Pabolu has over 10 years of experience in software development. Pavan served as a Senior Software Developer Team Lead at Indegene from November 2011 to present. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Developer at Sprouter Soft Technologies from September 2009 to August 2011.

Pavan Pabolu completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in the field of Computer Science from Sri Vasavi Kanyaka Parameswari and Dr.Kalidindi Suryanarayana Raju Arts and Science College. Pavan attended this college from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree from Sree Konaseema Bhanoji Ramars College, where they studied Computer Science from 2002 to 2005.

Before pursuing higher education, Pavan completed their Intermediate education from Aditya Junior College, specializing in MPC (Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry). Pavan attended this college from 2000 to 2002. Lastly, their earlier schooling was completed at Sri Konaseema Residential School from 1996 to 2000.
