Swati Jha has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Swati started their career as a Research Scholar at Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, where they completed their masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences and conducted research on the formulation and development of Doxorubicin loaded Quantum dots.

After their research role, Swati joined Aurigene Discovery Technologies as an Executive Project Manager. In this position, they managed all activities of a full discovery collaboration project, ensuring adherence to project constraints such as scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks. Swati also maintained communication with clients through video calls and tele-conferences and utilized resources efficiently across multiple projects.
