Utsav Bhavsar

Utsav Bhavsar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Utsav began their career in 2012 as a Project Intern and Trainee at Bombardier Transportation, where they developed a prototype of a "Collision Averting System in METRO" and managed the entire project. From 2014 to 2015, Utsav worked as an Athlete's Tutor and later as a Peer Educator at The University of Texas at Arlington, where they provided subject enrichment and motivation to students. In 2015, they joined SilverXis, Inc. as a Business Analyst. Utsav then moved on to Advantium Mortgage Banking Solutions in 2016, where they served as a Business Process and Operations Analyst, helping to improve business processes and resolve issues. In 2017, Utsav joined Panatec Solar as a Project Manager, overseeing and analyzing major projects with a focus on cost reduction and scope fulfillment. Utsav joined Tag in 2018 as an Integrated Project Manager, responsible for managing web services projects and reporting to senior leadership. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Senior Project Manager at Tag, where they managed projects end-to-end and contributed to project velocity and capacity management. Utsav Bhavsar's most recent work experience is with Indegene, where they currently hold the position of Senior Manager Web Operations PMO.

Utsav Bhavsar completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gujarat Technological University from 2009 to 2013. Utsav then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from The University of Texas at Arlington between 2013 and 2015. Following that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology Project Management from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology from 2016 to 2018.
