William Simpson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. William began their career in the U.S. Coast Guard, serving as a military member from September 2000 to September 2006. Following their military service, they worked as a Personal Banker at WSFS Bank from May 2010 to August 2013.

In 2008, William joined Best Buy as a Senior Team Lead, where they stayed until January 2017. During this time, they gained valuable leadership and management skills.

From August 2014 to August 2016, William worked as a Teacher at Providence Creek Academy Charter School, where they developed and implemented curriculum for English Language Arts and Social Studies.

In August 2016, they transitioned to Smyrna School District, taking on the role of Content Specialist and Facilitator. In this role, William planned and implemented the economics curriculum for various learners and also coached wrestling and softball.

In August 2017, William joined Saint Mark's High School as an Instructional Designer and Facilitator. William facilitated leadership trainings and led the team responsible for developing the school-wide curriculum design professional learnings. William also converted instructional content to virtual and hybrid formats and perfected content delivery for virtual settings.

Most recently, William worked at Indegene as a Program Manager, starting in April 2023. William was contracted to AstraZeneca and partnered with leadership teams and stakeholders to align brand teams, vendors, and internal teams with corporate strategies. William managed projects, tracked progress, and reported to senior management and vendors.

William Simpson's education history is as follows:

From 2021 to 2022, William attended the University of Delaware, where they earned a Master's degree in Economics.

Between 2009 and 2014, William studied at Neumann University, acquiring a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.

In 2007 and 2008, William attended Texas A&M University and obtained an Associate's degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting.

Additionally, in July 2018, William obtained a Teaching License, Various Types, from the State of Delaware.
