Patrick O'Brien

Patrick O'Brien is an experienced technology professional with over a decade of progressive expertise in web application services and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Manager of Web Application Services and Infrastructure Team Lead at Independence Blue Cross since December 2013, Patrick oversees the Middleware tier of Business Technology Services. Prior roles include Senior Technical Support Analyst at Grey Group | G2 Philadelphia and Manager of Information Technology at G2 Interactive, demonstrating a strong foundation in IT management and technical support. Patrick began a career in technology as a Systems Administrator and Help Desk Analyst at Micros P.O.S. Systems, following educational attainment of an AS in Specialized Technology from CHI Institute.
