Domonic Deluca

Domonic DeLuca has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Domonic is currently the President of Independence Construction, where they oversee all business development, operations, safety, and quality to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President and General Manager of Independence Construction.

Before joining Independence Construction, Domonic worked at Turner Construction for over 18 years. Their roles at Turner Construction included Special Projects Division Manager, Manager of Business Development, Business Development Engineer, Project Superintendent, Cost Engineer, Superintendent/Engineer, Assistant Superintendent/Engineer, and Field Engineer. Throughout these roles, they demonstrated strong skills in managing schedules, job costs, safety, trade contractors, and staff. Domonic also had experience in preparing bid materials, attending bid openings, and generating reports.

Domonic DeLuca obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Later, from 2001 to 2003, Domonic pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at Capital University.
