Rob Regan

Rob Regan is a Senior Project Engineer at Independence Construction since August 2025, bringing extensive experience from positions such as Sr. Project Engineer and Project Engineer roles at JE Dunn Construction from February 2022 to August 2025. Prior to that, Rob served as a Project Manager at ARCO/Murray Design Build and worked as a Production Engineer I at Apache Corporation, where contributions included the development of a chemical management system for the Permian Basin. Rob's engineering background is supported by a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, where achievements included recognition as a two-time letter winner in football and the 2017 Walk-On Player of the Year. Additional experience includes an internship at Vrdolyak Law Group and a valuable internship focusing on chemical management systems during early career development.
