Aaron Descamp

Aaron DesCamp is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in construction and project controls. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Independence Excavating, Inc. since August 2018, Aaron previously held positions at Matrix North American Construction, including Project Manager and Proposal Manager, focusing on small cap projects for clients such as Eastman Chemical and US Steel. Aaron's earlier roles included overseeing bid proposals at Kvaerner North American Construction and managing project controls for maintenance and capital projects at ArcelorMittal Dofasco.
