Douglas Thomas has a diverse work experience in the construction industry, starting with a position as a Project Manager at Hull & Associates, Inc in 1996. Douglas then moved on to work as a Resident Engineer at Parsons Aviation from 2002 to 2004. In 2005, they joined Hammond Construction, Inc as a Project Manager for a short period before transitioning to Independence Excavating, Inc. At Independence Excavating, Inc, they worked their way up from Project Engineer to Project Manager and finally to Senior Project Manager, a position they held from 2010 to 2017. Currently, Douglas holds the role of Vice President of Project Management at Independence Excavating, Inc, which they have held since December 2017.
